Wonderful honeymoon! Bunkhouse lovely as ever! Best one every visited - no wonder we keep coming back! Lovely eggs for breakfast - maybe some egg cups?? (Gill) Ditto from the bridegroom - Gill could have chosen anywhere in the world but chose All Stretton Bunkhouse!! 17 hours walking on the Sunday and from the door step. Wonderful weather all day for the walkj - apart from the last bit in the DARK! August 24th - August 27th 2012. (Egg cups now in place - Frankie and Mike Goode)

We really enjoyed our stay in "Novers" in the Bunkhouse, in superb Shropshire countryside. The bunkhouse was very well equipped, for all our needs. Spotlessly clean, excellent hot shower and welcoming atmosphere made this "cosy cottage" a perfect base from which to explore idyllic English countryside and Wenlock Edge. Top rating. 10/10 July 25th 2012

Fantastic stay - brilliant place, better equipped than most cottages! A wonderful place to rest after our walk. Peaceful, beautiful. Only notes - no blind in "Synalds" and a note about how to make the main oven work. July 22nd 2012. (Blind fixed and better cooker instructions now available, Kate. Frankie and Mike Goode)

It was great to be here in an outstanding area! Two days stay were much too short and so we want to come again if we get the possibility. Amazing landscape, very nice accommodation, nice towns around.

This being the first leg of a "Round Robin" trip, we were off to a good start visiting relatives, both alive and dead! Woke up to a white landscape one morning which made for a lovely scenic walk. Your bunkhouse is lovely so thank you. Being back in this area, I feel 'back to my roots' - a truly magical location at the bunkhouse. Thank you! Thanks for the earplugs! Didn't think the sheep and birds were too noisy! March 2012.

Fantastic walk along the Long Mynd in perfect weather. The standard of accommodation is excellent and the location so peaceful. Recommended for any walkers or mountain bikers. 27/02/12

Great walk, Great weather (worryingly warm for February). Great bunkhouse!! Meal in pub was ok - cosy fire - big dog...I'll need to lose weight before I come again as I nearly had to be surgically prised out the the top bunk - we'll be back! 26/02/12

We loved this place! So beautifully built, located and kept. Thanks to Mike and Frankie. The round walk from here to Bridges is lovely, with a welcome stop at the Bridges pub by the logburner. Happy days. 14/02/12 - 16/02/12

A lovely bunkhouse in a beautiful setting. A few minutes walk to the pub - even better. Great location surrounded by the Long Mynd. Only downside was the shower - half a min warm and then 3 mins cold. (Sorry to those who suffered with this - Severn Trent have now fixed the water pressure problem - Frankie and Mike Goode)

4th Christmas at the bunkhouse; winter wonderland. Hope to be back next year. Lovely stay as ever - the best bunkhouse we've been to. Very warm this year too. Can't wait to be back again. December 2010

Spotless, comfy and peaceful hostel in a beautiful setting. Good food and log fire at the "Yew Tree". If the weather isn't good (and perhaps if it is)the antiques and collectibles shop in Church Stretton is fascinating. Otherwise good walking

An "accidental" find when we needed one night accommodation in the region. Completely wow-ed! A fantastic spot, beautiful countryside and really good accommodation - we are sorry to have to go and plan to return as soon as we can! 17/08/10

Back again. 1st walking. This time cycling. Lined up to expectations from last visit. Great food at the "Yew Tree" pub and fantastic "C" roads (but very hilly) to ride on. Will be back! 30/07/10
